Hi, I’m Esther Roche a mum of five, Mentor, Speaker, and Host of The Mum CEO Podcast. I’m also the Founder of two purpose-driven businesses: Deroiste Natural Beauty and a Dental Training business. With over 24 years of experience across dentistry, leadership, and entrepreneurship, I support women who want to grow in their careers, businesses, and confidence.

My Journey

My career began in dental-related fields, where I gained experience in clinical practice, leadership, mentoring, and training. Over the years, I’ve supported countless students and professionals in building strong, meaningful careers.

Alongside my dental career, I followed my entrepreneurial passion and founded Deroiste Natural Beauty, a handcrafted plant-based skincare brand. Building this business from the ground up taught me resilience, creativity, business strategy, and the realities of life as a founder.

Today, I bring together both worlds, the structure of dental training and the strategy of entrepreneurship to support women in finding clarity, confidence, and direction.
